Dear Vizsla Friends!

Our ancestors started the creation of our beloved breed, the Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla, in the end of the 1800s, beginning of 1900s. The journey to the official FCI acknowledgement in 1966 was long and not at all easy.
Our Association (the MDMTE - Magyarországi Drótszőrű Magyarvizsla Tenyésztők Egyesülete), the progeny of the MEOE Drótszőrű Magyar Vizsla Club, is aimed to nourish, and care for the breed, to preserve and continuously contrioll the conformation, protect and improve the hunting intincts of the breed.

We would ike to celebrate  the 50th Anniversary of this wonderful breed in an honoured way.
For this occasion, we organize 2 days of International Field Trial Competition (with CACIT title), a Club Show, a Basic Hunting Test (AV) a Breeding Test (TSZ) and an International Field and Water Competition (with CACIT title).

We would like to invite all Wirehaired Vizsla lovers, owners, breeders and fans for this jubilee event, which will take place in Apaj, Hungary.
Let’s celebrate and cheer together.

Katalin Noveczki
president of the MDMTE
